Build more efficient workflows by connecting Notion to 200+ apps

You may be surprised to know that more than any other app, we've been requested to build an integration with Notion

And we're excited to announce that our newest Notion integration is live on our platform. However, it is only available to users enrolled in the Notion API private beta program, so this is not a full public launch. Bittersweet, we know.

If you’re a Notion API beta user, you can now connect Notion to 200+ apps available on the platform and create automated workflows to boost productivity. You can cut down on your manual and repetitive tasks, transfer information between apps, and receive automated notifications when a specific event occurs.

About Notion

Notion is an all-in-one workspace that allows you to stitch together individual components like databases, kanban boards, wikis, calendars, etc to create your own system for knowledge management, note-taking, data management, project management, and more.

What You Can Do With Notion Integration?

Since Notion’s API development is at early stages, there are limited possibilities of what you can achieve. Among them, here are some valuable use cases

#1 - Create a backup of all your incoming leads from Typeform, Wufoo, and Google Forms in Notion

#2 - Stay updated in your favorite communication tool when an update is made on a specific Notion page

Get automatic notifications on Slack, MS Teams, or Discord when changes are made to a page in Notion.

#3 - Effortlessly manage all your tasks in Notion by syncing it with other task management tools

If you prefer to manage all your personal or work tasks in Notion while your team collaborates in other task management tools like Asana, Trello, Todoist, or JIRA, you can now sync all your tasks to Notion without needing to manually copy them over.

How To Set Up Notion Integration in

Step 1 - Obtain the Bot Token from your Notion account. You can find it by going to the ‘API’ section under 'Settings & Members'. Click on ‘Add Bot’ and add the Bot Name as ‘’. Since Notion API is only available to private Beta users, if you can’t find the ‘API’ section in your workspace, then you are likely not part of it.

Step 2 - Authenticate the Notion app inside by going to the Apps section and adding the Notion app from the list.

Step 3 - Once your Notion account is authenticated and connected in, you can start creating Bots.

If you face any trouble, feel free to contact our customer support team and they’ll set up the bot for you. You can email us at or via the chat option inside the app.

See you on the other side!
